Awful, awful service

I ordered a basketball dunk set for my child. It was in stock, I got the usual notification that it had been shipped. And then. What arrived was a totally different set than I had ordered. At this point I have spoken to 4 different customer service agents and not one of them can tell me what item was actually delivered, I've just been told a) the item I originally ordered is out of stock, b) I need to tell THEM what the item is, and c) if I decide to keep the item they will not honour the warranty because THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THE ITEM IS AND IT ISN'T ON THE LIST OF ITEMS THAT I ORDERED. I don't know what has happened to takealot that they would be so unhelpful and completely unaware of what they're doing but I'm completely fed up and getting nowhere on day 4 of my issue.
