awful and inferior goods

Hi Takealot,

You guys must be the most awful and inferior goods that you supply. I have order 3 different oximeters and each one of them are faulty. There is no customer service in terms of testing the quality of your items. I have spent a month ordering 3 different oximeters and picking it up from your Takealot shops. Its very well getting the logistics right but where is the tracking of the quality and customer service. No process in place to handle this absurd customer care process. FLAT FOOTED AND DUMBFOUNDED.
