I bought a Hisensen air fryer from Takaot on the 11 Dec 2022. On the 02 May 2023 if stopped working. I contacted Takelaot via their app on the 9th May 2023 and logged a return on the faulty item. I was immediately provided with a number of options to which I requested a replacement. On the 13th May 2023 (4 days later) I had a brand new product delivered to my door without question. This was and is AWESOME CUSTOMER service from Takealot. This is why I will a;ways use them to purchase products on line. Their returns policy is one of the best ever encountered.
