AWESOME SERVICE FROM CHARMAINE SAAIS

I ordered a Dell Computer on 12/04/2016 - anyway - a long story short, there was some sort of technical / IT problem and and all of a sudden my Dell order changed to a Lenova laptop, all rather confusing and annoying but as of today a laptop which is equal to the Dell that I originally ordered is on its way to me. <br> <br> I was lucky enough to have Charmaine Saais answer my initial call. She has dealt with this issue so efficiently and with outstanding support and excellent customer service. She has been in constant contact with me which has been brilliant - I should be seriously frustrated with Takealot but Charmaine has just blown me away with her service and awesome attitude.<br> <br> Thank you Charmaine. <br> <br> <br>
