Awesome service - as usual!- from Takealot
I requested a return on an item I purchased from Takealot<br> The next day it was processed, and I was informed that the item will be collected.<br> A few days later the return was finalised.<br> I asked for a refund instead of a credit - Janet kept me up to date with the whole process and the money<br> was paid in, exactly when she said it would.<br> <br> Takealot has the best customer service -actually best overall service I have experienced in a long time!
