Awesome service and attitude!

I purchased a cellphone via your JHB warehouse on the 28/04/15 and was advised that delivery will take place the 04/05/15. I was pleasantly surprised when FEDEX called on the morning of the 30/04/15 saying that the phone will be delivered that day. I got 2 calls from FEDEX saying that the courier will call to get directions. In the end waited until 1900 for the delivery with no courier pitching up.<br> <br> The next day I got a call checking if I received my package and I advised I didn't and that i was extremely annoyed that I waited all the time after FEDEX confirmed they will deliver. Monique listened well and she reassured me that she will sort the issue out and ensure its delivered the next day. FEDEX called me the next morning apologizing for the delay after Monique had followed up with them and my package was delivered on Saturday morning.<br> <br> To top it off I got a courtesy call from Monique to check that I received the package and to ensure I am content with it and happy with the purchase.<br> <br> Great customer service, and thanks to Monique for her effort after I wasn't extremely pleased with the service.<br> <br> Thanks Monique and thanks TAKEALOT, keep up the great service!<br> <br> Stacey
