<p>I recently bought shoes from take alot and selected to pay COD my shoes arrived two weeks later (as stated actually earlier than stated delivery date) one i received the shoes they were too small and unfortunatly they did not have a bigger size so i had to request a refund, collection was requested monday, shoes were fetched tuesday and evaluated (as with any return) Wednesday i received an email staating the refund was processed and requesting banking details for the refund (i only saw the email thursday and rep****) thursday refund was paid into my account and by friday my money reflected. they do have a standard claus for 3-5 working days for payment to reflect. </p> <p> </p> <p>needless to say i am super impressed with takealot and will use them again it was quick easy and hassle free just what we need in todays world. </p>
