<p>Hi there</p> <p> </p> <p>No matter which company you deal with there will always be issues. I understand this and try and sort it out with the company first to give them a chance to correct it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Takealot always gets this right. I had an issue which they then helped rectified (Vuyiseka Mange) and got another email this morning (Tariq Abrahams) to confirm they will deliver today. My issue was not on delivering but I feel they cared enough to let me know. They are super busy like most retail places but found the time.</p> <p> </p> <p>I also didn't have to wait the standard 48hours and then still have to beg for assistance like most other companies.</p> <p>Takealot is defnitely my preferred online shopping website.</p> <p> </p> <p>Keep up the good work.</p> <p>Kind regards</p> <p>Sanette Stins</p>
