Awesome!

<p>I've been a frequent shopper at takealot for quite a while now, and I must say that I have NEVER had any problems with them. I ordered something last week and received an expected delivery date of Mon 20th. Today I received a mail informing me that there was an issue with the supplier and that item won't be shipped with my other items. How great is that?! I was surprised and delighted that someone took the time to let me know, instead of me receiving the parcel with one item short. <br /><br />Well done takealot! Your customer service is always such a joy! :))</p>
