Awaiting on my refund

Placed a big order with takealot and did not receive one of my items I have paid for. On the day of receiving my parcel and realized one item was missing I instantly emailed and made contact. Received one email back with a question if I received anything extra that I did not pay for and to which I answered no. I have even sent follow up emails and sitting waiting for a response still???? No answer nothing. I am owed my money back but they don't communicate with there customers and I spend quite a lot of money when I do buy. This is ridiculous.
