Awaiting for my refund

Good day. I bought soccer shoes from Takealot on the 30th of October 2021, I mistakenly chose the wrong size and returned them requesting for a refund. I've been tip-toed by Takealot people since until today,my order was confirmed to be received at the Mafikeng Pick up point on the 11 Nov 2021 at 10:39am. I spoke with Zoey S on the 18th requesting my account number. I sent it through, went ahead to speak with Nicole.H(same thing repeated itself). On the 22 Nov 2021 I received an email from Dale apologizing for the inconvenience, until I received another email from Shael.E stating she will follow up with your warehouse on the return, since then I haven't received any communique from your people, I still haven't received my refund to this date. May I kindly receive my money back as it's long overdue.
