Avoid using Takealot at all cost

<p>First, they delivered not on the day as specified by estimated date, after waiting 2 weeks for our parcel. They didn't call asking where I am or anything. Just got SMS saying it will be delivered the next day. I was at a conference and not at work. My wife phoned where the women refused to help to change address saying it will take another 3 days, I then phoned where someone said completely told me a different story. All in vain she according to the next person didn't do her work at all and **** to me, she was just saying things to get rid of me. I then phoned again had to wait 10 minutes to speak to a supervisor, where she said the address is changed. Also another Takealot lie, she didn't change the address then an hour later my work secretary phoned Takealot is here, luckily she signed for it. The delivery person refused to carry the small box. Our secretary had to go out and carry the small box. The delivery person was so rude and lazy to her. I have never heard where the delivery person refuses to carry a small box. My wife especially had to drive and collect it at my work. Worst service yet again from Takealot. All lie's and refusing to help their customers. Delivery took over 2 week and a nightmare to try get our parcel.</p>
