AVOID THESE IDIOTS IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.

I ordered a number of items which were delivered on the 18th December 2020. One of the items was wrong so i logged a return, it was accepted, and scheduled for pick up by Takealots Courier Fast & Furious. It is now 13th January and the item has not been picked up. The excuses range from there was no one at home when the courier called (FALSE AND A BLATANT LIE) and they were unable to collect so it has been rescheduled. I have lost count of how many times it has been rescheduled. They ignore emails where i ask to make a complaint and to be advised of a managers name and email. They just reschedule!!

I have previously had no problem with Takealot and couldnt believe the number of negative reviews of their business. NOW I FULLY UNDERSTAND. I know they dont look at this site. But in case they do. You are a disgrace and i will NEVER use you again. I will spread the fact that you just dont care to everyone I know and on every site I can find (there are many) that also record just how **** you are. I just hope that another company starts up soon that can manage customer expectations better and when they do you people are finished. Your big fancy warehouses will be empty because no one will want to sell or buy through you again.
