Avoid Takealot at all costs

I ordered and paid on the 11 May for my item. It was due to be delivered on the 15th and received an SMS also confirming. I waited the whole day and nothing! No email, no communication, nothing! I emailed them several times since and each person rep**** saying they will escalate my issue. They have been escalating it to date. They then promised that I'd get my order on the 18th. Still nothing!! Now they have resorted to not replying to any emails or social media messages as many people are facing the same issue on their Facebook page.
