AVOID Takealot Appliance Purchases !

I sent a rather expensive item in for repairs (end of May), on return (mid July) I discovered the item was damaged by the supplier and missing parts.

I notified Takealot and the item was collected (mid July), here Takealot starts to demonstrate their extremely poor after sale service !

After a chain of emails to Takealot for feedback, calls - I received no meaningful response, the agents responding don't even read the content of the mails.

Enter the month of August...

I ended up going into a Takealot collection point to speak to Returns staff (telephonically) and was promised a manager will call me within 24 hours. Never happened.

Takealot, please rather refund me.
