Avoid Pre Ordering via Takealot!!

Purchased an Xbox One X roughly two months ago as soon as pre orders went live - like literally within an hour. The date was set for 22nd December.

No feedback for months and today - 4 days before delivery date I get this sad excuse for an email telling its delayed for a week and that I am welcome to get a refund.

I did some checking around and other retailers are still honoring the date of the 22nd. Why takealot? This is so absolutely shocking.
