Avoid ebooks

Two days after buying an ebook and fulfilling all the technical requirements in order to download it, it still doesn't appear in my digital library in the takealot app on my iPad. Four emails and two phone calls during the course of the day with no responses. I will not buy an ebook through takealot again.
