Avoid buying from TakeausellesLot

Poor service. The order consisted of a aluminium door and rechargeable headset. The system stated the aluminium door is available, so I ordered it. I was notified by Takealot that the aluminium door was canceled. When inquiring I was told there was no stock. I do not believe this as all other supplier sold aluminium door and frame at around R3500. Yet Takealot advertised at R2000. Clearly they did not update their system with new price, and rather cancelled the order than losing out on the price. Similar to displaying a price in the stores, the store must give the item at the price advertised. The headset was broken as we could not fit in the recharge plug into the port. We requested them to cancel the order as it was broken. They refused to cancel the order although it was in the 30 day period.
