Automated responses do not solve anything

I Did not take the items from the driver as he could not find the item in his car so I cancelled my order. It's impossible to get takelot to do anything cause their auto mated responses don't solve anything. Now they won't refund me until they collect the items which I never received. Driver came to collect for no reason a d you cannot resolve the problem with automated answers. I'll never order from them again.
