Automated email responses are not cool

Regarding order ***3, First of all, my order was placed before lockdown and it is sitting at a courier company in Kimberley . Secondly, the response to my emails do not address my query. I received an sms on the morning of the 4th of May 2020 that my parcel will be delivered before 5PM, only to have a slap in my face a few minutes later that it won’t be delivered. As a consumer, I took time to see the extended line of products for level 4 of the lockdown. So kindly inform me which items on my list are not essential. I would like to speak to a human being! Not an automated email response. Your service is very bad!
