ATT TAKEALOT CEO!! TAKEALOT IS TRYING TO CON ME FOR MY REFUND FOR AN ITEM THAT WAS NEVER OPENED N STILL SEALED IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING!!!

Where is my refund for my other item? That item was still sealed n never opened. N on my app it says refund declined. I'm a regular customer at takealot and I've spent 1000's of 1000's for years. I want my refund or I will take this to the ombudsman. You cannot reject an item that was not even opened. Takealot is trying to con me because you don't want to refund me???

You refunded me for the other hanging chair which was opened but you don't want to refund me for this because it was more expensive.
