I bought a toddler kitchen from takealot in December for R1500. It's a kidkraft make. The kitchen did not come with the microwave handle. A lady from takealot got in touch with me and kidkraft, gave me the contact details for Bradley from kidkraft who called me. We arranged for him to send it early this month as I was away from home. I spoke to him last were, he said he would call me this week and send me the handle as iv sent him the measurements. I'm yet to hear from him. My fone crashed and I lost my contacts so I cannot contact him. Iv sent 3 emails to takealot whom have NOT responded! If this is the case, I will never give you business,come pick up ur kitchen and refund me. We ad customers pay for something and write should get it. I didn't pay you less did I? Absolutely disappointed in the service and goods. I want this sorted ASAP and you need to either compensate me somehow or refund me a portion of the price for the horrible experience and inconvenience!
