Atrocious service from Takealot

I ordered 6 items on Takealot, they only delivered 5. I then returned all 5 stating reason and that I would like my original order fulfilled. They collected items, and they just arrived this morning again. Guess what, the same 5 items they delivered originally. Still missing my 6th item.

This is on top of getting another order incorrect and sending me the incorrect size. Is this the level of service we now expect from Takealot, not to mention their prices are often more than other sites and stores. And good luck trying to get hold of them. My Takealot days may have come to an abrupt end. We deserve better service and the only way to demand better service is to affect their bottom line unfortnately.
