Atrocious service from Takealot

A simple order from Takealot took almost three weeks, but was to be delivered to me on the 20th Jan. I made a plan to stay home, but no one delivered... odd. Then I got an sms with no explanation saying the would deliver on the 23rd, i stayed home again - and again no delivery. I had a handyman arranged that week to install the light fitting that was coming in my order and i had to wash the curtains with the detergent being delivered. Well both those plans didn't work as nothing was delivered. I have been in touch on Facebook many time, I have phoned the call centre which is an exercise in frustration - their phone line barley works, I have also emailed. they said they would deliver again on the 25th and nothing arrived. To this date i have paid for my items, nothing has been delivered and I have no explanation or when they plan to deliver. I have asked them several time to issue me a refund so i can go shop the items I need in store. Sorry but I am amazon all the way from now on!!!!
