Atrocious complaints resolution

Placed an order on 24 September, eventually decided to deliver on the 13th, the call was missed but people were at home, the driver didn't bother to make any other attempt to let us know he was there. Day 2 the driver didn't even pull into the driveway, didn't bother to call just left, my order was then canceled, this after I was in contact with a call center agent who promised that the driver would be sent back. 5 call center agents later and a call to a manager, was promised delivery would take place today, again didn't happen. Absolutely atrocious service, I will not use Takealot again.
