@TakeAlot - Incompetency or theft? I don't know what to make of this.
On 27.05.2020 I logged a request to return a faulty Kettle on the TakeAlot website.

29.05.2020 the kettle was collected by a young gentleman who advised the kettle would take 2-3 days to reach their warehouse of which I received an SMS that it was delivered to the warehouse on 29.05.2020 at 18:18PM which advised the kettle was delivered at the warehouse at 13:30PM.
On 02.06.2020 I received an email from Carmen Jansen who stated my TakeAlot profile has been credited. When I checked there was no credited of which I responded to the email received from her which until this day I have not received a response for.
Someone by the name Yaseen Arendse responded to my email not acknowledging my request for the credit that is/was due to me. He stated that "nothing was delivered to you thus no credit is due to you" I provided him with all the screenshots showing the original purchase to the collection and account being "credited" from my TakeAlot profile but he still insisted nothing was delivered and no credit is due to me.
Someone else by the name Lauren-Leigh Jarvis later responded with the same response as Yaseen Arendse. Even after I provided all the proof that I purchased the product (Kettle) on 21 December 2019 and paid for it cash upon delivery.
It's not my fault that whoever captures on your system and or the driver has sticky fingers thus did not update my purchase appropriately.
TakeAlot must credit my account as I have been going back and forth saying the same thing to 3 people who are not responding to my request appropriately and or are either *********** and or *******. I do not know what to make of it anymore.
I am now sitting without a Kettle thanks to the 3 people's lousy responses and lack of proper checks and probing. Who collected the kettle if it was not delivered to me from the onset? Why did I log a call for a faulty Kettle if I did not have the kettle in my possession according to your records?
