@takealot bad customer service

Very disappointed with the feedback I received at takealot after I returned a laptop that I purchased from them that was giving me problems, firstly it doesn't connect to wifi and it freezes all the time and I only had it for a week. I logged for a refund and I was told they can't take it back they're going to send it back to me. According to the consumer act it is my right to return an item if it is not suitable.
