******* at Takealot

I bought an airfryer November 2025. It packed up on Sunday. I immediately phoned Takealot. The lady said they're in stock and I will get a new one. It was collected on Monday. Then I got an email saying they're NOT in stock and I will be credited. I phoned and spoke to Sandiso. He said the black is in stock. I said I'll take it. He said I won't pay extra as it's a replacement under warranty and they wave the shipping fee. Guess what? They charged me shipping and the price of a new airfryer. For a replacement? I'm livid! I had R100 credit before and now they took it! ***?! That's *****ing!
