***** at Takealot

I ordered a pair of shoes which were too small. I sent them back for a bigger size. They said that the third party seller Aarton would not do an exchange. And because I used a fixed coupon of R500 they only credited me R9 and not the full amount of R509. Even though their terms and conditions state that a fixed coupon would be replaced if it was used in the purchase. I suspect ***** is happening as well as now magically the third party sellers name no longer appears on the same listing. And takealot takes no responsibility for third party vendors who do not pay tax, is it a vendor or takealot themselves tax evading? I want my full credit or exchange as requested or I'm going to approach the ombudsman to take legal action.
