I ordered an item on the 01 Sep 2020, i received an SMS saying that the item will be delivered on the 04th Sep, I receive a message stating that we tried to deliver your item but couldnt, then it will be delivered on the 7th, again, we tried to deliver your item but couldnt.

I then hop on to FACEBOOK, where the person who answers the chat says that they will refund my money, HELLO, I never asked for one, then they call me another name whom I am not and I requested that a manager call, but Alas, nothing

Really @#$% annoying.

As per the website my item is scheduled for delivery tomorrow, nothing about a refund.

I am all for WFH, but focus, you have a job, others dont.
