Asus Gaming Laptop
I bought an Asus Gaming laptop in May 2020, for R18,999.00. When I received the laptop couldn't send an email as the @key did not work, I requested them to collect which they did. I waited +- a week and when they delivered it I immediately opened it to test the @ key ......again it was NOT REPAIRED but then to my surprise the language changed into Afrikaans????? I immediately emailed my utmost frustration and informing them that I want a refund of my money, they emailed me stating that they cant refund the money as the laptop was damaged, I then insisted they give me the name of the person who "repaired"the laptop and also a photo of the damage!!!! they ignored my request totally. this has been going on since May and it now 27 July, I emailed yet again inquiring when they going to refund me their answer; "We have processed the refund back to the card you have used to make the purchase" a week later at 8:30 on a Friday night the deliver a massive cardboard box with no information and no paperwork, my husband answered the door an took the box......lo and behold ....what do I find???? my laptop. I emailed them telling them what sly people they are and I will never buy from them again....please note I have spent thousands of rand on that company , but with this was the last straw.....they didn't even have the decency to reply to my email. They did not even bother to send an apology. I couldn't find their phone number on any of their emails, I had to google before I could get it. They are no more a first rate company they are not even third rate in my opinion. I will never ever deal with them again. I have informed them how I feel and mentioned that I will be complaining to Hellopeter.
