Astonishingly bad service

I see why Takealot is losing so much marketshare to their competitors... it's because their service sucks! Been waiting 5 days for things that were in stock and today the driver called me saying that he's on the way. 3 hours later still no sign. I was holding for 2 hours on the line and still never spoke to anyone. Their service is pathetic to say the least and this would be my last purchase from them. I'd rather go shopping myself.
