Astonishing incompetence

The incompetence of Takealot employees is astonishing. How is it possible to deliver the same incorrect product twice in a row? I ordered a HUAWEI B618s-22d. A HUAWEI B618s-65d was delivered. I don’t want a 65, I didn’t order a 65. I ordered the 22! There is a very specific reason for selecting the 22, yet your *********** staff, twice now, send me the wrong item!!!! Is there someone competent with half a brain cell that can actually arrange the delivery of the correct item????
