Assistance in unforeseen circumstances

Normally I would not complain about takealot since I always receive great service, but this time I was really unfortunate and I am really disappointed with their service. I orderd a parcel as a chrismas gift to be delivered in Middelburg where I stay, but after I placed the order I was informed that I must go to Midrand for the week for work. I contacted takealot and explained to them the situation and that I really didn’t know beforehand. I called them several times and everytime they say that they have placed a request to the couriers, but that they can’t change the adress from their side. I phoned the couriers and they said that takealot must change the adress in order for them to change the adress. So I guess the Chrismas gift is not arriving for this Christmas.
