Asked for refund - Gave a credit, but no credits allocated to my Profile !

I am a regular buyer from Takealot - but this experience is definitely going to change that.

I was sent a Pravda Vodka Gift set with broken glasses and asked for a refund as I was not willing to take a risk of having the glass being shattered again.

Instead of was given Credit on my next purchase which isn 't even reflecting after 5 days!!

Pathetic service and processes!! I want my money back or I will be taking this to the Ombudsman for false advertising and not adhering to your own processes stipulated on your website!

I will also be letting friends and family know not to order anything from Takealot in December as you will receive broken things and NO refund when asked.
