Asked for refund after 2 faulty Garmin watches - got awarded refund - all of a sudden changed to a credit - I want my money back and not to be in the takealot account

I bought a Garmin vivosmart hr+ watch on Takealot, after about a week of wearing the watch full time it started to malfunction. I logged an exchange, and it went through. received the replacement watch on the Friday, and that evening the backlight flickered continuously, and the Saturday the intensive minutes disappeared. I immediately logged a refund on the Monday 16th and got collected on the Tuesday. I followed up on the Thursday 19th as I have heard nothing and the tracking status still said collection scheduled. later the day i received a refund email.

Return Item Refunded
Reference: RRN-614f-d116
Created at 2017-01-16 08:26:44

Hi Name...

Your returned item has been refunded.

Thanks for shopping with TAKEALOT!
The better way to shop

On the 24th I however received an email about a credit on my account

This is a courtesy reminder email to let you know you still have
Credit at TAKEALOT which you can use with your next order.

Your Credit: R 2,899

When you have selected an item to purchase and Proceed to Checkout,
the total Credit still due to you will automatically be deducted
from the amount owing.

You then just need to complete the transaction by clicking Buy Now.

I asked for a refund, it has been awared, and then it changed to a credit.

If I wanted the money to stay on an account at takealot I would have asked to credit my account - I logged refund - got awared refund and then why did it change to credit?

I want my money to be paid back to me please.
