ASIC's takkies, substandard quantiy/no service from Takelot

Purcahsed ASICS takkiess in November 2025. In January, a section of the sole fell off, the glue having failed completely. Returned to Takealot, who rejected my claim because the soles are dirty (white soles, get dirty with use, go figure). It is apparent that Takealot will do everything they can to not honour warranties, using stupid excuses like this. I am filing a CPA complaint because their rejection is unfair and does not abide by the CPA. It you want Temu "quality" buy from Takealot.
