How the hell do you mess up instructions on an return and issue a refund instead of replacing the item, as requested on the return form. Now I have to wait an extended period and go through the process of getting the item with a new order.

I see they never bother looking at this site and responding, you cannot get through to any call center and I am now going to have to go down to the warehouse and lodge a complaint in person for this actual mess.
