Arrogant and unhelpful Takealot driver

Takealot itself had always been a great company to work with which is why I was extremely disappointed and surprised when the driver delivered my husband's equipment but refused to carry it out of his truck and up into my yard.

He told my young nephew to carry the equipment out because he wasn't going to. Bear in mind, this equipment was around 40 Kgs, the driver looked young and big in size, quite capable of carrying it but simply refused.

My experience of Takealot is that usually drivers bring up the item or there is someone else from Takealot who brings it up.

He was very arrogant to my nephew and had a don't care attitude.
