Nazreen. I order a smart watch for hubby on the 24th of December. As per TAL order deliver 7 December. So i asked for delivery at work as I'll be back at work by then. Then they asvised delivery 27 December. So i changed the address back to home... email confirmation received and chaged it to the 29th as we had plans.... well after waiting at home for delivery they managed to drop the watch at the wrong address and left if withsecurity y???????4 days without delivery and promise after promise still no watch... still no phone call and still no feedback. But the order tracking says delivered to my home address. Now its stuck at the wrong branch and everyone is to damn lazy and selfish and scared to respond. Ive lost 4 days and countless phone calls for what???? You are a bunch of idiots plain and simple. You cant even get a manager to call me!!!!!
