ARE YOU GUYS SERIOUS???

I returned my defective kettle to Takealot as the on button was not working. The kettle was still under warranty and they assured me that it will be sorted. After taking my kettle for more than two weeks, they rejected the return, which I am fine with but no one communicated the reason for the rejection, this is even after following up with them several times. To add salt to the wound, the kettle comes back with a huge dent and several scratches!!! What kind of ****ed up service is this???? I HAVE TAKEN PHOTOS OF THIS AND CAN GLADLY SHARE THEM!!!
