Are there any humanoids at Takelot?

My order reference: Order #***8 Ordered 22 Mar 2020Paid 22 Mar 2020

So lockdown happens and instead of getting my package a few days after payment its more like a two month wait. However last week I track the may package after e-commerce restrictions are lifted and I find that the system says my package has been delivered on the 16th of May.

Its the 22nd of May now meaning that for the last 6 days I've unsuccessfully been trying to get some form of assistance and clarification from takelot.

Are there any humanoids at Takelot?
