Are the wheels coming off at Takealot?

I have been shopping at Takealot for many years and have had great service until recently...On a number of occasions during the past few months I have purchased "SALE" items from them, waited for ages and then had the item cancelled, forcing me to purchase at a higher price if I still wanted said item!!!! This IS ******* and manipulative. Their customer care department is unable to assist, due to robot like procedures and the total absence of competent supervisors...is this deterioration perhaps due to the appointment of their new CEO??
