Are Takealot staff on strike? No-one is answering the phone

I ordered items from Takealot (as I do every month!) and the R1168 went off my account through their Payfast system. I did not receive a confirmation email from them and their website was telling me to make the payment of R1168. I have emailed *** 4 times and have forwarded them Proof of payment. They have now cancelled my order and when I tried calling them, my R50 airtime ran out both times and no one had yet answered the phone!! Are the staff at Takealot on strike???? Someone from the payments department needs to contact me.
