Are takealot staff intentionally trying to damage the business? Or is takealot just being poorly run?

Second poor takealot review in 3 weeks. This makes two orders in a row that takealot have ******ed up. Yay, now I get to phone and email for 3 weeks again to sort it out - time I will not get back.
