Are malls now making Takealot obselete? ....the wait for deliveries is shocking

I see they changed my delivery date....now waiting 8 days for delivery? dont understand this, arent you supposed to provide efficiency....its actally easier to go to the mall and buy the things you want. I dont get your business model, whilst everyone is moving closer to same day delivery, you guys seem to be moving away.....from 3 day delivery during lockdown to greater than 7 over my last few orders (and no before you respond, i selected all items that are in stock!
