Arbitrary Order Cancellation

I placed my order on 23 October 2021 for a HARD DRIVE. I rationalised the delay based upon the price. Then ... on 02 November TAKEALOT arbitrarily cancels my order without informing me. I could have bought this from Amazon at a similar price and delivery, but I thought I should support local. To add insult to injury, after posting my complaint upon their website, I receive a generic apology in less than 24 hours - not dealing with my complaint - but 'apologising if I have been offended in anyway" . Beware of 'delivery claims' of 5-7 days on their website. They are dependent on an external supplier to fulfill the order, removing it from their control.
