Appliances stopped working

Good day team,

I am really disappointed with your appliances.

Last year I bought a hot comb and hot brush. Hot brush was damaged and I returned it. So when I requested for a collection I also wanted another good item. When I received the replacement I tested it it was working. but I hardly use it. Soo today because I have natural hair I decided to use it and guess what? it stopped working while I was busy trying to stretch my hair. The hot comb also stopped working and i decided to leave it, coz I was just annoyed.

So I wasted money buying these two products. They don't even Last even if you hardly use them.

I would never buy any appliances or recommend anybody to buy appliances from you.

It's a waste of money I could have just took my money and bought myself and expensive hot comb and hot brush elsewhere. Now I have to buy new products. But I won't buy them from you. I will buy elsewhere.

Buying an appliances there,it is a waste of money and time.
