Poor quality If the was a 0 rating I would have selected 0 , I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the poor quality of the 2L Cordless Electric Stainless Steel Kettle I received from Takealot. Despite being purchased in December 2025, the kettle only functioned for two weeks before malfunctioning. I reported the issue and it was collected for repair in the second week of January 2026 . However, I was recently informed that I have returned an incorrect item, which I strongly dispute.

The kettle I received is identical to the one advertised on the Takealot website which I received , and I believe it is a counterfeit product. I am appalled by the substandard service and refusal to replace or repair the faulty item. I urge others to exercise extreme caution when purchasing appliances from Takealot, as the products may be **** or in poor condition, and the company may attempt to shift blame onto the customer.

I demand a full refund or replacement ,but I was told the item has been send back to me ,I'm sharing my disappointing experience with others to raise awareness of Takealot's ********* practices
