APPLE WATCH

OMW, I don't even know where to start. Do yourself a favor, don't buy tech from Takealot. I bought an Apple Watch from them in March, a few weeks ago, on 28th October 2024 the screen exploded on my wraist, I am blessed to even have my hand at this point!! I luckily did not get injured but that is a hazardous thing that can happen to someone. I then took the watch to iStore, they said they couldn't help because I bought the watch at Apple. I contacted Apple and they said there was nothing they could do because I bought the watch at Takealot. Now I log the query with Takealot and they don't even care to take the watch for diagnostic, they just email me to say there is physical damage on the watch - OF COURSE, there is physical damage because it ****en exploded!!!!! Did I have to get hurt for you guys to take me seriously???!!! Total bul**** there by Takealot!
